Review: As a Keto friendly accompaniment to carb dishes it does the job - Well if you are dieting and particularly if you are on Keto diet, this product range is very good, does the job low calories low carbs. However if it has a drawback it is primarily that it smells like fish or old school glue Copydex, it also pretty much tastes of nothing, from the company named Eat Water it is apt. But really this has more positives than the obvious negatives, Rinse the rice or pasta whichever thoroughly and add a little of something you like or gives it a bit more of a taste, e.g. splash of chilli sauce or soy sauce, but if your eating this with say a curry you won’t notice the taste, or absence there of. The fact that this rice/ pasta is low calorie and low carb is great but it also meant that I could generally eat the same main dish the rest of the family were eating. Review: Not too bad. - OK so it's not as appetising as real pasta, but as a low carb substitute it's pretty good. Comes wet in sealed bags, with a slightly odd smell which disappears once it is given a good rinse under the tap. Quick and convenient, cook and use the same as any fresh pasta. Worth it if only to add a bit of variety to you Keto diet ## Features - ✔️ Variety Pack for Everyday Meals: Includes a mix of pasta, noodles, and rice alternatives, giving you multiple meal options in one convenient pack. - ✔️ Konjac-Based Food Range: Made from organic konjac flour with oat fibre, this mix pack offers versatile options for pasta dishes, stir-fries, soups, and curries. - ✔️ Low Calorie & Zero Carb Alternative: Designed as a lighter alternative to traditional carbs, suitable for balanced and mindful eating habits. - ✔️ Gluten-Free & Plant-Based: Suitable for vegan and gluten-free lifestyles, making it adaptable for a wide range of dietary preferences. - ✔️ Quick & Convenient Preparation: Simply rinse, heat for 1–2 minutes or microwave, and add to your favourite recipes for a quick meal solution. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08JQM43HK | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Allergen Information | Contains: Soy | | Best Sellers Rank | 13,675 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) 45 in Packaged Pasta Dishes | | Brand | Eat Water | | Brand Name | Eat Water | | Coin Variety 1 | Shirataki Noodles | | Container Type | Packet | | Country of Origin | United Kingdom | | Cuisine | Japanese | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 442 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free, Keto | | Flavour | MIX PACK | | Item Package Weight | 1.55 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 270 Grams | | Item weight | 270 Grams | | Manufacturer | Eat Water | | Number of Items | 5 | | Number of Pieces | 270 g | | Number of items | 5 | | Package Size Name | Variety Pack | | Package information | Packet | | Part Number | FBA-UK-SLOMix-5s | | Set Name | Variety Pack | | Size | 270 g (Pack of 5) | | Specialty | Gluten Free | | Unit Count | 1350.0 gram | | Variety | Shirataki Noodles | ## Product Details - **Allergen information:** Contains: Soy - **Brand:** Eat Water - **Flavour:** MIX PACK - **Item weight:** 270 Grams - **Number of items:** 5 - **Package Size Name:** Variety Pack - **Package information:** Packet - **Package weight:** 1.55 Kilograms - **Unit count:** 1350.0 gram - **Variety:** Shirataki Noodles ## Images ![Keto Slim Pasta, Noodles & Rice Variety Pack 270g (Pack of 5) – Organic Konjac Shirataki Food Mix, Low Calorie, Zero Carb, Gluten-Free, Fat-Free, Vegan, High Fibre Ready to Eat - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71wUKoPFrvL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do you receive 1 pack or a set of the the 5 in the photo ?** A: Dear Customer With this purchase you will receive 1 of each variety, 5 packs in total. **Q: What is the use by date on these** A: Dear Customer The use by date is around 10 months.
