Our product is made from Freeze-dried (desiccated) beef liver and bovine gelatin for the capsules and nothing else. Therefore, the nutrients you can get from our product are all natural. The reason we don't mention this on the label of the product is because of space constraints. We can only included a limited amount of information on a label. This is why, as you probably notice, our product details page has a ton more information than the description of the product label. :) **Q: Is this considered a good source of bile salts? This product comes up when I search for bile salts, but I find no mention of it anywhere.** A: The liver empties it's bile production into the gallbladder where it is stored. You may get some from liver but it probably depends how much was being produced at the time.
