The pouch running belt, the arm band and the wrist bands. It is definitely made of great quality -nice material and the belt adjusts up to 60". The buckle is great and sturdy and NOT coming undone. It is definitely a nice hands free pack and I am pleased with all three items. It is made of ployester/lycra and is 18 x 4 inch pocket which holds my sons android, and my larger iphone. There is a zipper pocket that can hold keys, ear buds, wallet etc. I love it.Next is the arm band, which is made of Neoprene and has a nice soft liner that feels nice against your skin- not scratchy and uncomfortable. It can hold up to any 4.7" wide phone. My son loves this arm band and it is great because I prefer the waist band.The wrist bands I gave to my son because he skateboards and plays sports so these come in handy for a sweaty teenager! They fit any wrist and are machine washable so in the washer they go with his stuff! He loves the colors and is happy! While this seems geared for a runner- yes that would be a great handy box set and no doubt they would absolutely love it. We have each an item we prefer and are glad because this box made two people happy!
