They cannot change the actual container it comes in. It’s not the company’s fault, it’s amazons faulty packaging when they ship it. My first time ordering, it came in a box with no cushion. I called to complain and request a new one. The second time it came, it had bubble wrap and other stuff in it to cushion it and it didn’t crack. Type it in “special instructions” to package it well.
