Dimensions of this one - 19" high vs. 21" for large; 11" wide vs. 13", the depth is 7" vs. 7.9inches. For me, the width of 11" feels a little too small... It's been years...since my last purchase and I see that velcro closures have been done away with and replaced with small round magnetic clips!! Excellent. Feel those will last much longer than velcro. Love all the cubby holes - both magnetic and zipper enclosures. On the outside - one side has 2 smallish pockets with magnetic clip closures (one for cell phone - couldn't fit my cell phone in that pocket; the other larger pocket might fit a flat phone like the iPhone - not too long - that pocket height approx 7" & width 4" at narrowest part); the other side has a zippered enclosure plus a magnetic clip enclosure - both the width of the purse. Inside, there's a clip for keys but I also clip my phone case there, and have added hooks for my car keys and another for my house key. There's a zippered pocket on the back with another open pocket. Delicate cycle with extra rinse worked beautifully. I air-dried mine outside over a chair and left it outside a couple days making sure all the nooks and crannies dried out well. That worked beautifully, too, and I am again using my bright red not-so-small AmeriBag - for everything, everywhere. **Q: do men use this bag?** A: I am a man and I have been using one for over a decade. Here in Florida, a lot of the shorts I wear don't have deep pockets so I am always afraid of something dropping out when I sit down. It is also really convenient in that I can put my sunglasses, wallet, checkbook, pen, phone, keys and such in it and when I dress, I don't have to stuff my pockets full, just grab the bag and go. It is water resistant so if I get caught in a torrential tropical downpour, no harm no foul. Even when I wear long pants, I still carry the healthy bag so my pockets don't bulge everywhere. It is kind of nice to be able to carry a small flashlight as well for emergencies and navigating in the dark. Overall, I have been pleased with it and very comfortable carrying it because it does not look like a purse. **Q: Does tis have a tablet compartment with own zipper?** A: There is a separate zippered compartment which is larger enough for a tablet. Years ago I bought my first one when we were traveling. There are lots of pockets so you can organize what you are carrying with you and find it easily. The shape of the bag makes it quite easy to carry with no stress on your back even when it's packed to the limit. I still have mine, but this year gave one to my daughter-in-law who now is traveling to her high school daughter's basketball games. She can fit a small purse, her movie camera, her IPad, some snacks, a bottle of water, and everything she wants into one bag so that she doesn't have to worry about leaving something behind. The small one would be great to use instead of a purse because of the way it's organized. The large one is really large, so unless you need something almost for an overnight bag or really like to carry lots of stuff all the time, you wouldn't really need it. They have several nice colors to choose from. The microfiber fabric is an attractive fabric. I also have one of the small leather ones for a regular bag. It's a lot more pricey, but dressier.
