Review: The enclosure is quiet and easy to set up - I installed 4 3 TB drives in this housing and am using it for my photo collection. I am concerned about single point of failure, however. There have been postings of the RAID board going out. So, I may move my images to a single drive and use this as a backup repository. Otherwise, it connects to eSATA with no problem (it appears that USB3 has problems with some installations). The enclosure is quiet and easy to set up. Accessing files on the RAID array is a touch slower than from a single disk, but not enough to be a problem for me.
