Beware to change them at least once a day because I ended up with a yeast infection because they do hold in moister. I stopped using them as much because of that. 1 box should last you about a month. You'll definitely need them for the first two months but by then you will have a better idea at how much you leak and if you do. I still use them now if I know I will be going longer then normal to nurse again. So 4 boxes of 60 is probably all you will need total. It of course does depend on the person. Hope that helps. **Q: What's the actual total pad count? 100 or 200?** A: There are 100 pads in each box, but you get two boxes. **Q: Have any of you used these for overnight? That's when I'm having huge leakage issues and my reusable Bamboobies are not doing the job. Thanks!** A: I use bamboodies during the day and these overnight because I was having the same issue. They work great so long as they stay in place.
