**Q: how is the SLOW start compare to kitchenaid?**
A: Slow...speed #1...is about as slow as my old mixer's high.  It's a nice mixer but you need to use a deep bowl and be careful when mixing in dry ingredients. Low made me lose half my flour in a cloud. For slow mixing I may have to resurrect my old mixer. Once ingredients are well mixed it's nice and strong.

**Q: s this product free of bps, pvc, tritan or phthalates?**
A: It's gluten-free and vegan.

**Q: Can it knead the dough?**
A: Yes,  I have used it for quick breads and pizza dough.

**Q: Is the plug works for US outlet?**
A: The only problem is when you plug it it can't stop
