They only times I have had clear skin have been when I was on Accutane and both times I was pregnant. Nothing has helped and I have tried so many products. After running out of other ideas I decided to try oil cleansing. For those that don't know what oil cleansing is, it is where you wash your face with oil to clean and hydrate at the same time. I originally mixed castor oil with coconut oil (25% castor oil) and had terrible results. The coconut oil made my skin break out even worse. Next I tried using almond oil instead of coconut oil and had better results but my skin still wasn't clear. It basically brought me back to before I used coconut oil. My skin was very hydrated but it was not getting any clearer. So I ended up trying this Navratna oil and it has worked amazing! Within a couple of days I could already see my skin getting clearer and clearer. It has been a week now and I only have marks left from where I had pimples before. I have had no new pimples in a few days. I am amazed at how well this works. It is definitely worth a try if nothing else is working for you.To oil cleanse with it take a small amount and rub it into your dry skin. Spend some time massaging it in all over. I usually spend 2-3 minutes doing this. Then take a wash cloth and get it wet with very warm water. Press and hold it on your skin to open up your pores. Repeat this process a few times in each area of your face. Then wipe the oil off in an upward motion.
