This is just perfect for anyone with dry sensitive skin (yours truly here). I think my skin just loves the oats because that's the only different ingredient compared to other moisturizers I tried in the past. I had a rough pink patch on my neck that was occasionally itchy, I kept applying this moisturizer on top of it every day and it disappeared in less than a week. It also stopped it from itching when I applied it on top. So I was pretty impressed with the results.I use this mainly on my face but also on my neck and cleavage. It's very soothing and balmy on the skin but not greasy at all. It's rather thicker than other formulas I tried but it doesn't feel heavy on the skin, just like a gentle blanket on top not a shield armour.
