## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this easily break automotive glass?**
A: They broke the drivers side window in the product demo video on the product page.  Looked like little effort.

**Q: The clip on the pen become very loose.  Both screws on the clip just spin and do not tighten.  And ideas?**
A: Same thing happened to me, resulting in the clip falling off.  I keep that one in a pen holder in my desk and ordered another one to keep in my portfolio

**Q: Primarily the “switch button”, is it normal for it to be reeeeally difficult to press? My thumb is bruising.**
A: I switched the spring with another pen.

**Q: Can I use Schneider Topball 850 refills?**
A: The pens use our own cartridge.  We have not tested on the Schneider, but it likely won't work as our cartridge is constructed different.
