It helps keep me focused during what would be my typical afternoon slumps. With stores charging $5-6 a cup, you're much better off making your own and with higher quality matcha. It mixes nicely and doesn’t take long to get a nice texture. So far I’ve tried Encha (my #1), this, and Matchabar (a more bitterness than the others). This is an ok price point to be at I’d like to be at a little less per ounce for the amount. It’s pretty smooth with very littler bitterness. Also has a very nice earthy taste.
