I feel more consistent energy from this vs. plain maltodextrin or waxy maize powders. I take 2-3 servings before training, especially higher intensity training, and I notice the difference in energy and endurance. There is basically no flavor, it mixes easily and doesn't get much thicker than water. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a good carb powder that is easily digested and won't give you crazy blood glucose spikes. I'm already on my second bag and have another one on the way!
