I found that the red box (Mega) is the best form and is UBIQUINOL. The black box Ultra Qunol is UBIQUINONE, a lesser form. One box has synthetic Vit E, the other does not. They differ greatly. The liquid form (black) has lots more additives, etc. in it. (again completely different ingredients which confuses consumers), and returned liquid form right away, after discovering juice sugar in it. The 300x more absorption on one box, not the other - again confusing. We are sticking with MEGA! Will research further for another brand as do not like the 3 different versions and methods of advertising, plus running tv ads now.
