**Q: what is the max weight for this product?**
A: I'm 330 and it works well for me

**Q: Has anyone had to re-inflate?  I bought a pump that fit the needle the disk came with but can't get it to inflate.**
A: Mine came with  a needle no pump but its the same needle you would use on any ball.  Jennifer has it right on.  Mine would not inflate and I did what she said and I pushed the needle all the way thru and it made a puncture sound and finally i could inflate it.  its working fine now.

**Q: Does it squeak or make noise when/while you sit on it?**
A: No, it does not make any noise. It's great for your core.  For the first 2weeks I had it, I was sore.  After that it's been great.

**Q: Has anyone had to buy a air pump to refill this or does it come with one?**
A: It did not come with an air pump- it comes with a needle that can be used to pump it up though.   So it has the attachment, but not the pump itself.
