This stuff is incredibly sticky and the cat would track it everywhere. I needed Mineral Sprits to remove it from stone. **Q: Will it harm plants?** A: it works when applied to the trunk of a mature tree to keep ants off. i am not sure if it would damage foliage. **Q: Can it be used like regular caulk?** A: These are a standard sized caulk tubes and will fit in any standard caulk gun. I used my Ryobi One+ caulk gun to apply to a long ridge where birds were hanging out. Worked like a charm (both the caulk tube/gun and the bird repellent) **Q: how many tubes are included?** A: 3 tubes for 18 dollars.
