Review: Toddler fun - My 2 yo has had so much fun with these. We’ve played in the sandbox with them and also in the water table. She loves them. They are technically a potential choking hazard (anything that can fit thru a tp cardboard roll can be!), but I don’t let her play unsupervised with them.
