Victor Arcair 61104007 7 foot Extreme K-5 Air Carbon Arc Gouging Torch and Cable features a reliable torch design has been a market leader for over 60 years. Durable front insulators are high impact, heat resistant and protects the torch metal parts. The swivel cable features less cable twist and less strain on the operator. High quality cable hose is the best quality cable hose that offers high heat, abrasion resistance and is non conductive. There is rugged construction overall can withstand harsh environments. Features include a 7 foot swivel cable assembly. Heavy-duty insulators, lever, and handle that are all made from fiberglass reinforced thermoset polyester molding compound to withstand the heat and be impact resistant. Head assembly machined from copper alloy having 4 air holes optimizing the air flow to the arc. Lever spring rated at 225 pounds per inch providing excellent clamping pressure on the air carbon-arc electrode. Applications include extra heavy-duty fabrication, shipyards and foundries. Amperage capacity is up to 1250 amps. Carbon electrode range for pointed and jointed is 5/32 to 5/8 inch. Air requirement pressure is 80 PSI. Flow rate is 30 CFM. Overall weight is 8.8 pounds.
