If you are pressing over 315 lbs with no resistance I think you could be well suited with the extra heavy. Pero he de decir que la calidad percibida de este producto es muy buena y transmite confianza, uno puede centrarse en el ejercicio sin tener la mosca detras de la oreja de si se ba a romper la banda. La resistencia de la misma la mediria como media-alta, como para hacer ejercicios de brazos con esfuerzo o como asistencia media en dominadas. De todas formas, llevo poco tiempo con ella como para ser una opinión definitiva, ya que cada tipo de goma "envejece" distinto.
