I poured the oil/water liquid from the tin into the dogs' bowls and they both though it was quite a treat. I'm now down to my last 2 tins and about to order some more. I would definitely buy these "Canadian Style sardines" again, but his time I'll try the Tropical Sun sardines in sunflower oil, which come from Morocco, so I assume will be true sardines.
