Didn't work on the plush carpet but did work on low carpet area and floors. **Q: Can you move in any direction when the heavy item is on or does it roll one way? What are the extensions for?** A: Dear Abel, If the furniture legs are centered on the roller pads, you will be able to rotate 360⁰. Only extremely heavy furniture pieces that are not positioned correctly, with have difficulties on moving 360⁰. The extensions are used for furniture that has longer legs. You build the extension for the needed hight, add the cradle for safery, and then use the lever to easily lift the furniture in order to place the rollers under the legs. We hope this clarifies everything. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Regards, The MouZie Team **Q: Do they make them in the brown color?** A: Dear George, At this moment we only make the orange/black version of the product. We tried more colors, but consider these are the best fit. Regards, The MouZie Team **Q: Are the "rollers" swivel castors? I don't understand what part rotates 360. Pic of wheels would be great.** A: They are not swivel castors. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ absolutely must have for shifting heavy items *by A***B on 18 August 2023* very useful equipment to jus slide heavy furnitures and appliances and the pulley can lift any amoung of weight with ease....definitely reccomend tgis product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by H***A on 2 December 2023* طلبتها ع المدح وصلت ولم اجربها بعد متحمسه لتجربتها ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by P***A on 14 August 2025* I should have bought this years ago. Easy to use and works just as advertised. I, a small in stature senior woman, easily moved some heavy furniture. Much better and safer for my back than the old way of me lifting items that are really too heavy for me to lift.
