This is by far my favourite cookbook and I have quite a few. There are so many easy, delicious recipes with a variety of meat, fish and vegetables. I also love the mix of cuisines. There are not too many ingredients in the recipes which make it more enticing to cook. There are recipes for all the family - even fussy eaters. If you're hesitating to buy - do it!

Only consideration is that the measurements in this book are in Cups, there are no gram/ml measurements. OK if you are able to use the cup measuring system.
