The hole in it makes it a little hard to clean, but nothing a straw cleaner can’t accomplish. Review: Love these because they are replacements for the nookums animal nuks (we call them that). Anyone ever buy a wubbanub for $15+ and then your child bites through it or the dog gets it, well we did and I was sick of buying a new $15 replacement every time especially when my daughter has to sleep with like 3 of these! So this was a much improved version and much cheaper if you have to replace just the pacifier part!!
