Do you actually get the device that you turn that crimps the paper?** A: Yes you do. You run your paper thru it and it crimps the paper very easily. It’s really cool so I bought another style too. **Q: My crimper doesn’t turn** A: If it is new the instructions are on the handle but it not you may have to open the handle part. Also you may have to turn it a couple of times back and forth **Q: Does this product just crimp paper or does it seal the paper of i wanted yo make personalized chip bag** A: It’s just a paper crimped.
