The installers and or builder threw their trash away, so we've been told we're out of luck. Obviously, if you buy from this seller, realize you may get stuck with something they or their shipper did. Update: now that the contractor finally has gotten to installation, the entire unit is bent and the vent will not extend or retract. Since this project is 3 hours from home, and this seller refuses responsibility for damaged goods unless you can take photographs of the unit and packaging which I wasn’t present to do, it is presumed your contractor dropped it and trashed the thing.
