I have used NOW Foods products in the past and have had good success, so when anxiety starting creeping in out of nowhere a few months ago, I went in search of a supplement I could take that would help and was happy to see this NOW supplement with good reviews. Because of my experience with NOW foods products, I was a no brainer for me. So....here I am 2.5 months later and I actually really feel like myself again.I was skeptical about if it was from this supplement or the calcium + magnesium supplement that I started taking from costco at around the same time, so a week or soI stopped taking the True Calm to see if I noticed a difference. For the first few days I didn't notice anything, but then, after about 5 days, our nowhere I started feeling incredibaly anxious again.
