A: Rice Syrup contains amylase according to the ingredients.  GMO Compass or Wikipedia explain what amylases is. Amylases may contain simple sugars including glucose, fructose or compound sugars such a maltose, or malt sugar.  Rice syrup usually contains maltose.

**Q: is it white rice or brown rice syrup?**
A: white rice syrup.

**Q: Is there any barley malt or gluten in this product?**
A: It is made with 100% rice so it is naturally gluten free.  However,  it is not certified gluten-free meaning there is no guarantee of no cross-contamination.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions.

**Q: Do i need to put in Fridge after opening?**
A: No. And if you do put it in the fridge it will become very thick and very hard to get out of the bottle.
