But for a lot of cooking receipies having a larger pan is preferred so we purchased this one. It's been over a year and they are all still in great shape. Best frying pan I’ve ever used easy to clean and do not rust Be careful when washing do not use hard metal scouring pads they can scratch the pan which causes it to rust and do not use an excessively high heat to burn them either wash with warm water after every use they can last you for a very long time with good care
