I was skeptical because how can a topically applied homeopathic gel help a bruise heal faster once the damage is done? The free SuperSaver shipping (on orders over $25) convinced me to give it a try.Yesterday I dropped a heavy cabinet drawer on my foot, leaving a small cut and a large blue, blood-filled bruise. It was quite painful and I even wondered if I had broken any of the little bones in the top of my foot. After the cursing died down, I put some pressure and an ice pack on it and then remembered the arnica gel I had purchased.I limped off to the bedroom to find the gel, and applied it to my injured foot. I also took the little pellets (included with the gel) as directed. I reapplied three times yesterday and once this morning, and I'm totally amazed by the results! Seriously, I hardly have any bruising at all, and the pain is gone! There is a small bit of swelling left, but I would have expected a week or more with a dark bruise and pain at the site.I'm an arnica convert and will always keep arnica gel in my medical supplies. I'm also ordering more today! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stuff works *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on 5 December 2012* Arnica was recommended to me by my surgeon to clear some under the skin blood pooling under an abdominal drain that was painless but widespread and ugly- and to use over surgical incisions that had scabs already off. Wow is all I can say. This stuff WORKS, and it works fast. I now use it on my son's football bruises and klutzy bumps. I had a huge, long scar that went from all red and purple and ugly to matching most of my skin tone in just a few months which seems like a long time but if you ask a plastic surgeon, they'd call it nearly miraculous. I used a combination of oral tabs with the skin gel so I've got it working from the outside in and the inside out. Great stuff. Also, people outside of the US are commonly aware of and use this product (and they're sympathetic and condescending all at once, like: "oh, um, you didn't know about it? My Mum used it on me all the time as a kid!").I also use Boiron's Oscillococcinum as a symptom reducer for colds and flus (get it here or at your local pharmacy, another thing that's available and commonplace elsewhere) and that works so well it's literally amazing.
