It looks like it's authentic & seemed real when I used it. I purchased some Gavascon last month from (Pharmapacks) and they were the original flavor. You can get the cherry flavor, (which I prefer), it just depends on the seller. They dont foam and stick to your teeth and are pointless. They also taste horrible.this is the American version. The taste is ok and they foam ip and turn into something close to soft mashmellows.
