Review: I have severe neuropathy in my left leg and foot, cannot flex my foot, lift big toe and have foot drop. I have an AFO and another higher end brace that work well for running but honestly I wanted to try something that didn’t stand out so much. I know this isn’t made for running but wanted to give it a shot. It has actually worked really well! I use sturdier running shoes and have even run a half marathon with this brace. It doesn’t fix my gait but I don’t think that’s going to happen with any brace at this point. It does loosen throughout a run because it’s velcro but I wouldnt dock it a star since it’s not made for running. Worth giving this a shot. My only suggestion would be to make the strap coming from your shoelace to the brace brace to have a clip instead of Velcro. To me it would be sturdier. You’ll have to judge your own body to know if running would work for you but I felt fine because I consistently run and strength train so I felt itd be worth seeing if I trip or not. Thankfully, I haven’t had any bad trips!
