Make sure to season them well prior to use or your going to be scraping your food forever. Once seasoned, they work great and heat up well. I look forward to many years of use with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Griddle is great *by T***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on 8 August 2021* Receive the griddle , looked good, was very smooth surface, I seasoned it and used it to make zucchini slices ( 1/2" thick, seasoned with olive oil and Greek seasoning, let them get caramelized on the griddle side and than flipped them with no problem and let them caramelize on that side and than added some parmesan cheese ) clean up was easy and I think you will need to keep re-seasoning for the most part. Using a spatula this griddle worked great.
