But, the breast thing about this product is the vendor who reached out to me personally and apologized for the damaged pan which was not even their fault. This is my go-to pan to place steaks to brine in the fridge and I use it to bake meat and salmon in the oven (without the silicone pad) which works very well. Sturdy, durable and functional for cooking. Doesn't warp in the oven, easy to clean.

This pan is heavy and made of quality material. It has been a lifesaver for baking larger batches of bacon. Bacon comes out much more crispy due to the grease dripping below. It is also easy to clean.
