In your gut, soluble corn fiber breaks down into fatty acids, which aid your bone health. **Q: I see that some people take less than the 1/2 teaspoon because 50 billion is too much. I have tried many.- I have severe IBS, GERD and blood sugar issues. I might be imagining it but I have felt slightly better the last week or so and I think it's thanks to this.- If you need something to make your bowel movements more regular... This is the one, 'yall.Cons- It's powder, not for everyone. It does have a similar texture to miraLAX but it's significantly less grainy.- It DOES have a taste.
