A: Calcium, magnesium, Protease, Serratiopeptidase; no egg, dairy products, salt, sucrose, or a number of other products.

**Q: also, does this particular formula help you digest fats?**
A: Breaks down and digests protein into Amino Acids. Helps with inflammation, Sinus and Bronchitis, respiratory diseases. I always use this product to prevent infections. Use 1 hour before or 2 hours after after eating protein!
