It actually helped me find the cure to my depression, at least in theory, bc in practise I seem to fail at providing myself with what I'd need. But this book opened my eyes, to SO many things. I always knew my depression was of social circumstance. Any medication you could try is just a short time relief, eventually if your life doesn't change you'll just snap back into depression.
