My previous favorite was the Banana Bag oral solution, but I like liquid IV better because it's cheaper and has a much lighter taste. I would NOT recommend putting your liquid IV in yellow gatorade like you do for the Banana Bag. I tried it once and I could barely finish the bottle -- it's too sweet and concentrated and to be honest I threw it back up a few minutes later. My fiancee and I both have forms of dysautonomia (I have IST and she has hypoadrenergic POTS) and these are seriously lifesavers.
