Last chapters are not as informative but the value has been extracted long before one gets to those sections. This is a great supplement to the book: “Outlive” by Peter Attia, which I like better of the two, and I highly recommend.

This book is a great reference and I suspect I’ll be going back to read it many times. It gave me many good and practical pointers to use on daily bases. I’m not sure how reliable is the sighted information but I suspect this is the best medical science can provide. Last chapters are not as informative but the value has been extracted long before one gets to those sections. This is a great supplement to the book: “Outlive” by Peter Attia, which I like better of the two, and I highly recommend.

Great book.Well written with a short summary at the end of each chapter. Very useful because it concentrates on what we should do to be healthier. It doesn't overwhelm like other books do, it gives you easy to follow tips for your day to day. Very recomendable. Very easy to read.
