Probably the best Gamble on a spice i have ever made. Seriously. 47lb Copper river King Salmon this and this will be on just about every portion served. And not to mention 25 Copper river reds:) I Sous Vide the fish after a generous rub of this spice. Then finish in a hot pan. The spice permeates the meat completely. It is amazing..
