I was in a hurry to get a frame with letters carved. This is one of the few 4x6 frames available. It arrived today, several days earlier than I expected. The quality is excellent. What a relief to get it on time and feel good about the quality.

Purchased this for a birthday gift. There was no error with the custom text, and am overall happy with quality of frame. Only complaint is that the front left side of the frame had some sticky residue that I couldn't fully clean off, which considering how the frame was both new and intended as a gift, was a little frustrating.
