I have cook fish fillets (thick ones like halibut and salmon in just a couple of minutes. Also cooked burgers and steak very quickly and well. There is no cooking smoke or heat in the kitchen or dining room. food was done just right. Since each microwave is different you have to learn the timing on your own. Its a snap to clean (dishwasher safe} You do have to be careful handling the cooker pieces since they get very hot. it's better than I imagined it would be by a long shot.
