I am so rough I was always popping my sensors out. Or the adhesive would not hold when working out and sweating. I tried cloth strong hold flexible adhesive bandages but they only worked for a day if that long. Half the time I would pop the sensor out trying to put another Band-aid on. The SIMPATCH has saved me so much heartache. The adhesive is unbelievably strong and holds up against sweat and occasional bumps. One patch lasts almost the full ten days for me. I doubled the patch last time and had a hard time getting it off! lol.
