It’s really great quality and super comfortable to walk in. The ‘rocker’ style is certainly much better than the flatter style. The price is reasonable too. While I like the shoe cast and recommend, I suggest you purchase the S/M if you have an adult foot size of around 38/39 max and the M/L if you have a larger size foot (easy 44). If you need something in between (like me - size 40), use your best judgment according to your injury, eg, go S/M if you are not wearing a cast or the M/L if you are wearing a cast. The unfortunate thing I don’t like is the fact there is no size guide AND the sizing differs in purchase to the listing. I had no idea what size to purchase, so ordered a M and L. I received a S/M and a M/L. The M/L is way too big for me and the S/M is a touch too small (but suits my injury type - lucky I don’t need it for a cast or it would be too small). I now have to return the M/L and arrange a refund as I had to purchase x2 to see which size was best for me. If there was a size/measurements guide, I wouldn’t have to do this.
