The metal clamps are hit or miss. *by R***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2021* We bought this set of clamps for the four plastic clamps which work great on our two short dumbbell bars and our one long bar. They save a ton of time during workouts. We don't put a ton of weight on the bars - about 40-45bls on the dumbbells and about 100lbs on the long bar, but that seems to work great. The price for two sets of plastic clamps is great. Think of the metal clamps as a bonus that might or might not work. they were too loose for our dumbbells, but apparently our long bar has a diameter that is slightly wider, so they do fit snugly there, so bonus! So if you're okay with buying this for the plastic clamps this is an excellent purchase and price for the two sets of those and they work great. You mileage will vary on the metal ones. ### ⭐ Nope - Don't trust 'em *by J***F on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2021* I was looking for something easier than twist on/off clamps. I'm not working out with crazy heavy weight, but I'm not working out with super light weight either. Tested these and they can't be trusted. Doesn't take much for them to slide, so I wouldn't recommend. Returned these right away. ### ⭐ So disappointed and fooled by other reviews *by R***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2021* I am an everyday buyer and I think it crucial we report defects or useless items. the metal/steel clamp is just for throwing into the trash when you get it which is thought to be extra convenience comparing with other similar ones. Other two: black and red are not too bad. I would have bought some other option if I knew the steel one doesn’t fit into my 1 inch barbells TOO BIG - I needed 3 sets of clamps :(. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/254564498-yicutte-6-pcs-barbell-clamps-set-4-pcs-barbell-clamps](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/254564498-yicutte-6-pcs-barbell-clamps-set-4-pcs-barbell-clamps) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
