**Q: Can it fit 3013 filter?**
A: No. It would fit in the housing but the end would not seal properly and not filter as it should.

**Q: Hi, which one is good water and which one is waste water, the concentrate is good or the permeate is good?**
A: IT comes with Three filters.  The Membrane only has to be changed once in a  great while, I haven't changed my at all for three years.   I have bad well water with iron and I use the system for drinking water.  Easy to install. The regular filters do need to be changed.  I place the date of the filter change with a marker and every 8 months to a year I change the filters.  You have to order the fine filters because I haven't seen them in stores.
