Increase the intensity. **Q: I set everything as it must be and the device’s lights on but I cannot switch modes or intensity, Why?** A: Please check your PLUS 24 screen. If there is a “key” sign, your device is in key-locked mode. To unlock this mode, please press and hold a few seconds on the “T” button. **Q: A channel is working but B channel is not working. How can I activate them at the same time?** A: Please be sure that both of the pad cables are in the place. Also, be sure that all 4 electro pads are stuck well on the body.
