Review: Best case ever! - This is only my second case. My first one lasted 22+ years. The only reason I had to buy a replacement was because the skycap pulled on the telescopic handle so hard the case went hurling across the hall and it broke the wheels. This case has been a trusted companion: I use it as an overnight bag when visiting freinds and relatives, use it as a working case whenever I go remote, and use it even as a storage case next to my desk. The cushioned laptop compartment does what it's supposed to do. The separate compartments are more than roomy and the front zip pocket is generous and makes a lot of practical sense. If you're looking for a workhorse, this one is it.

**Q: Is the Targus metro roller case water resistant?**
A: There is a major design flaw with this case: The compartment for the extensible handle opens directly into the rest of the case. Thus, if you have the handle extended, it forms a funnel on the top of the bad that lets water into the bag. With that said, the bag is relatively waterproof if you keep it completely zipped up and carry it instead of rolling it (which is awkward, and defeats the point of having a roller bag).

**Q: Does it fit under the seat in an airplane?**
A: I’m a pilot and have been using it under seats for 2 years.  It’ll fit.

**Q: Is this bag large enough to hold textbooks and notebooks for school?**
A: Yes it should hold textbooks and notebooks in addition to your computer. I actually cut out the black inner lining that separated the two zippered compartments. This allows me to fit my purse (it's a large purse) , computer (15 inch), a thick spiral notebook, papers for work and high heels all at he same time. I take the train to work, roll it all over and to the bottom/wheels are sturdy enough to handle all of the weight without dragging! This is by far the best investment I have made this year!

**Q: Does the bag have a pass-through strap to stack on another bag?**
A: yes, but it is rather short in length, maybe 6 inches. Great bag though!
