I used it about 2-3 a week if that. This month the buttons stopped working. It powers on but nothing else. I am disappointed I have to purchase a new one. I will be looking into a better quality one. ### ⭐ Do not buy on basis of reviews! *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 9, 2016* After our previous frother gave up the ghost- I endeavored to replace it on Amazon. Our previous frother was a Delonghi, which we had purchased refurbished from a discount store, when it worked it did a fabulous job, but often it refused to work at all for a day or two and it was a pain. I read all the glowing reviews on this item and trusted them at the point when I was to make this purchase, despite the fact that most were offered by those who received the product for a reduced price based on their review. This product is junk, the milk burns in it just as if you cooked pudding on the stove without stirring. You cannot fit your hand into it comfortably to clean the milk scum out and while it does alright with making foam, the milk is way too hot to enjoy. We returned it and in this past year we have had to make so many returns to Amazon based on junk products receiving glowing reviews. Because of this product we found that the perfect answer to froth is to heat milk in a small wide mouth glass mixing bowl, microwaved for 2 minutes and let your cuisinart stick blender- http://www.amazon.com/Conair-Cuisinart-CSB-75BC-Blender-Brushed/dp/B00ARQVM5O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1462798543&sr=8-1&keywords=cuisinart+smart+stick+blender - do the work. At the same price you have an appliance that is reliable, (mines is 5 years old and used constantly-) a truly easy cleanup and fast delicious foam. I know we buy these frothers to get quick foam but this one has no value unless you receive it at a reduced cost in exchange for a review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this! Bought it for work but may need one for home *by N***9 on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2016* I just got it today and tried to froth milk. It worked great! I'm taking this to work to safe money on the coffee bar. It's quiet enough I can use it at my desk. I love the reheat option. The frothed milk is great! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/25487385-premier-deluxe-automatic-electric-milk-frother-and-heater-carafe-coffee](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/25487385-premier-deluxe-automatic-electric-milk-frother-and-heater-carafe-coffee) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
