They seem designed for skinny kids aged 10-15 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mizuno Knee Pads *by R***Z on 31 August 2023* Perfect fir ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saves knees in softball *by T***R on 18 June 2018* I'm an adult male 6'3 about 180 lbs, size 33-34 pants. I play softball 2-3 times a week and have been using these for a couple months (as you can see from the dusty pics). I play infield (shortstop) and in the field and often drop to my knees to play a ball. These completely eliminate all bruising I was getting when I had no protection. When purchased I thought I would have to sew something onto them to avoid ripping and tearing from the dirt. This has not been necessary. The fabric has held up and there are no signs of wear and tear. I'm very impressed. The fabric is mostly polyester so it breaths fairly well, though it still gets hot given the extra fabric and padding. They fit well and hold in place even after I make a play, though some minor adjustment is required to ensure they're exactly where I want them. The only thing I find frustrating is that I keep forgetting to put them on before I switch into cleats and so I have to take the cleats off to get them on (they will go over the cleats, but it's very annoying to do this). Remember to put them on first.
