I pack these for school for my tweens. I pack snacks in the top two containers which stay at room temp and lunch in the bottom two containers which stay hot all day. I can see the main lid getting some damage after regular use and I’m hoping Zojirushi sells replacements if they break. So far so good though. Puedes poner comida caliente o fría, pero no mezclar un traste caliente y otro frío. Solo el traste del fondo sirve para líquidos (sopa, crema, salsa) porque no chorrea. El traste más grande no sirve para líquidos pero puedes cargar verduras, pasta, arroz, carne... Lo utilizo diario y sigue funcionando perfecto aunque es cierto que los trastes negros se ven ya un poco rayados por las lavadas.Mi comida dura caliente seis horas, desde que la pongo en la mañana hasta la hora de la comida. Funciona con carne de res, verduras, pescado, arroz, puerco, etc. Sin embargo, con pollo hay que tener cuidado porque es más delicado y puede echarse a perder por estar caliente y cerrado.
